• WE aged Charlie Ratchfordians have been asked to come up with a name for the new centre when we are amalgamated with Kingsgate at Kilburn in the near future.

I wonder though if perhaps, following the esteemed Mr Ratchford, a mayor of the borough, the mayoral tradition will continue to incorporate the current incumbent and we will be blessed with the eponymous “Cotton Club”.
