• OVER 40 years ago I lived and worked in Camden and now live in a neighbouring borough, after years abroad.

Pre-lockdown I was in Camden regularly, volunteering and doing Heath Parkrun. I was always delighted to pick up a CNJ, especially enjoying the political and arts coverage.

Since lockdown the highlight of my week is a run across Hampstead Heath to South End Green, to collect a copy of CNJ – for seven weeks now.

I admire the strong editorial stance plus the vital help CNJ is providing for the community. It amuses me when a national paper takes a scoop from CNJ, sometimes even acknowledging it!
