A dip in the future?

• SWIMMERS may protest against closure of the Hampstead duck ponds during the Covid-19 lockdown but the prospect of a restorative leisure dip is not far away.

For those in poverty or hardship, who cannot afford city corporation-imposed money-making charges, it is meant to be permanent.
