IT has been described as “Jewish Chekhov” – Gail Louw’s play Two Sisters finishes its nationwide run with three performances Upstairs at the Gatehouse in Highgate Village next week. Rika and Edith (Norma Cohen and Anne Kavanagh) are two close sisters who are about to discover a shocking truth about their past in this play set on a kibbutz in Israel in the early 2000s.
