Bombon El Perro
A shaggy dog story with a difference, director Carlos Sorin presents
a bittersweet story of a mature man whose life takes an upturn
when he is gifted a white, pure bred Argentine dog. The parallels
between the canine and human life are remarkable in this fresh,
thoughtful drama.

trilogy, which centres on the delicate nature of relationships
in the modern world. Monica Vitti and Alain Delon star as lovers
within an alien, automated and paved-over environment.
Bleak but stunningly shot and acted, this black-and-white beauty
is redolent of the periods overweening fears of the future.
Thirteen Conversations about One Thing
Director Jill Sprechers elegiac, poetic look at luck, life
and death is studded with brilliant actors and fine performances.
The fundamental philosophical and mystical notions within are
a plus. This is a film about what lifes like as its
