Trial date for alleged crack king

Accused faces dozens of charges

Police raid a crack house under operation Martell

AN alleged drug dealer faces more than a dozen charges of supplying crack cocaine and heroin in Camden Town at a trial later this year, a court has heard.
Delroy Prussia, 33, and his girlfriend Kerryanne Crawford, 25, will be the last to stand trial of 14 defendants charged following a Camden police operation, codenamed Martell, late last year.
The pair, both from Harlesden, appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday to answer a total of 16 charges between them, including possession of firearms and possession with intent to supply.
Mr Prussia, wearing a designer cardigan in court, has plead guilty to three charges of supplying small quantities of crack cocaine but is pleading not guilty to a series of 10 more serious charges.
Ms Crawford, wearing a black bomber jacket, plead not guilty to three charges of possession with intent to supply on Monday.
They both face a trial at Snaresbrook on September 19.
Operation Martell has already secured the convictions of 12 crack and heroin dealers operating in Camden Town and Gospel Oak.
They include Clint Dixon, 24, of Peckham, jailed for three years at Snaresbrook in February; co-defendants David Harwood, 26, and Anthony Warwick, 39, of Clerkenwell, both jailed for two years and Adrian Thompson, 18, of Balham, jailed for three years.
Anti-Social Behaviour Orders are being sought against all of them.
