Murder accused trial absence

THE trial of a man accused of murdering Highgate pensioners Derek and Jean Robinson may have to take place without him being present.
Daniel Gonzales, of Woking, Surrey, 24, faces four murder counts, including the alleged killings of the couple on the Holly Lodge estate on September 17 last year.
Psychiatrists will say whether Gonzales is mentally able to stand trial.
