THE LIBERAL Democrats have chosen their candidate to challenge
Hampstead and Highgate MP Glenda Jackson at the next general election.
Ed Fordham, who works for Sutton Council, was picked as the replacement
for Jonathan Simpson, who pulled out of the race last year blaming
heavy work commitments.
Mr Fordham said: The next election is widely accepted as being
an election in which the Liberal Democrats will move forward, gaining
more seats and more votes.
