Method in rappers donation
|

Michael Seale |
WHEN a young rapper wins the chance to perform with one of the
worlds biggest hip hop artists at the Kentish Town Forum,
what does he say?
Its my area, Im going to try and outdo him,
and make it into my show, laughs Michael Seale, aka Novacaine.
Mr Seale, 20, from St Pancras Way, Kings Cross, won the high
profile slot warming up for the US superstar Method Man in February
by pledging the most money for a Tsunami appeal on radio station
Choice FM.
Mr Seale bid £1,300 for the prize, which he says will be a
once in a lifetime experience.
Ive been saving for ages to get the money for studio
time, so I had the money anyway, he says. But when I
heard the competition I went for it. My mind is in eight places
at once about it now, but hopefully it will kick start my career.
The gig is likely to be a sell out and Mr Seales friends have
made sure they have their tickets already.
Mr Seale, a former student of Holloway Boys School and City and
Islington College has performed at the Dome in Kentish Town and
is known in local hip hop circles.
